Ace Athletics, LLC Tennis Court Time Slot Terms and Conditions

LATE FEE
A late fee of $15.00 will be added if bill is not paid 15 days after date of the invoice. We do not waive late fees for any reason.

MAKEUP POLICY
Because of our strict student to teacher ratio, missed classes will not result in make-up classes, prorated tuition or refunds. No refunds for classes missed including scheduled holidays. You can however sign up for a sub-spot in an available class to make-up for the time.

DROP PROCEDURE:
PARENTS MUST NOTIFY THE SCHOOL TO DROP A STUDENT FROM CLASS. Only a written notice via email to aceathleticspayments@gmail.com will be valid. You MUST email us TWO WEEKS before the next month or you will be charged a $25.00 cancellation fee per child.

Please note: You are responsible for payment for your student’s classes WHETHER OR NOT YOUR STUDENT ATTENDS CLASS until the time you notify the staff VIA WRITTEN NOTICE. Please do not rely on your student to verbally let us know that he/she will no longer be attending classes. If a student stops coming to class without notification then that student’s account will be charged for the additional 30 days. This charge will be for holding the student’s place in that class instead of offering that place to one of the many on a waiting list.

WHAT TO WEAR
Boys or Girls may wear appropriate Tennis attire. NO chewing gum or dangling jewelry. Hair should be pulled neatly and securely away from the face so that is stays up for the entire workout. Girls should not wear bows or other large hair ornaments that may cause discomfort during activity. All students should have activity-appropriate footwear during class. Personal items should be left in cubby holes. Jewelry should not be worn during classes. PLEASE LEAVE JEWELRY ARTICLES AT HOME. This facility’s staff will not be responsible for ANY items that may be lost or stolen. Be sure your student’s personal items are marked with their name.

ARRIVAL AND PICKUP
Be sure your student arrives 5 minutes before (no earlier please) his/her scheduled class time. Please pick up your student on time. Please inform us if you know you will be late picking up your student. Instruct your student to wait inside the building and you should escort them from the building to your car. During peak times the parking lot is crowded. Please take into consideration that our students may include young children. Please drive slowly and carefully. Do not take a chance on your student running to and from your car.

FACILITIES
No outside coaches or coaching are allowed at the Ace facilities.  If you would like private or group lessons please contact a member of the Ace Athletics Staff. No alcohol/drugs/smoking/tobacco products allowed in any Ace Facilities. Pets, other than guide animals, are also prohibited unless special arrangements are made. Leave courts clean and free of any outside items.  If you are using any special equipment please allow time for set up and clean up during your rental time. The ACE Tennis Courts should be a place that people enjoy coming to in order to meet their fitness and recreational needs. As a result, individuals that are abusive to staff, patrons, equipment, or facilities will be asked to leave and could forfeit their privileges.

EQUIPMENT
In order to preserve the quality of our patrons’ experience, all outside equipment must be approved for use. Bicycles, roller skates, rollerblades, skateboards and other items that may damage the courts are prohibited at all Ace facilities. For everyone’s safety, please do not ignore, use, or try to fix broken equipment. If a piece of equipment is broken, please report it to an Ace Staff member immediately.

LIABILITY
In consideration for permission to use the facilities, the party or organization reserving the tennis court agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ACE ATHLETICS, its Regents, officials, and employees for and against any and all liability, attorney’s fees, court costs, loss, or damage the Ace Athletics may suffer as a result of claims, demands, costs or judgments against it arising out of any incident, injury, loss of property, death, or other acts which may occur to or be caused by participants during such use of facilities.

SUPERVISION
It is understood that the Purchaser and all associated individuals will abide by the rules, regulations, and requirements of ACE ATHLETICS. It is further understood that the Purchaser will withdraw, remove or expel any person associated with or participating with them upon request of ACE ATHLETICS for good cause. Moreover, the Purchaser agrees to cease and desist any activity, function, programs, etc., upon the request of ACE ATHLETICS. Cooperation from our patrons in adhering to the policies set forth in this agreement is most appreciated. Failure to abide by the established procedures could result in cancellation of present reservations, additional charges, and/or loss of privilege for future reservations.

DAMAGES
The Purchaser agrees to be financially responsible to pay for any damages caused by them or their guests to ACE ATHLETICS property.
