How do I pay my bill?

Please login to your account on our customer portal to remit payment. You can find the payment section under: my account → payments → make payment. After you click “make payment” please scroll down and check the box of each charge you’d like to pay. Once you have selected the charges, you can now click “pay now” and choose between paying with a credit card or bank transfer.

Where do I enroll in classes?

Please login to your account on our customer portal to enroll your students in classes. You can find the enrollment section under: booking → click which student you’d like to enroll → see classes → and filter by your child’s age and skill level. Once you have the appropriate classes filtered for your Student, you can then click on a class and click: enroll now → add to cart → complete transaction.

How can I see my student's skill level?

When your student begins, we will assign them a skill level based off of our professional coaches evaluation. Once placed, you can see your student’s level in the customer portal by clicking: my account → students → evaluations → Tennis. If your child advances to the next level, you will be notified via email with a congratulations email. You can also contact us at 385-500-9333 with further questions.

What are your policies?

You can find a list of our policies in the customer portal. Once in the portal, click: more → family policies → view policy.

What are your prices?

When enrolling in a class, you can see the price of that class listed in the class description. You can also find a full breakout of prices in our customer portal under “News”.

Where do I see my student’s enrollments after I have enrolled them?

You can see your student’s current enrollments by logging into the customer portal and clicking: my account → students → enrollments.

How do I drop my student’s enrollment?

Login to your account on the customer portal and click: my account → students → enrollments → click the class you want dropped → drop enrollment → fill out the form and click “yes please drop”. Your request will then be reviewed and approved.
